PRIVACY

Your information,
explained plainly.

This notice covers the SlashJarvis marketing website and project inquiries. Client project data is addressed separately in the relevant engagement.

Who to contact

SlashJarvis is the business presented on this website. For questions about this notice or information you have sent us, email sales@slashjarvis.com with “Privacy request” in the subject.

Information you choose to provide

A project inquiry may include your name, email address, company, business process, tools, budget, timing, and anything else you include in your message. Provide only what is needed to discuss the project.

The inquiry builder runs in your browser. It does not send form entries to a server, an AI model, or an analytics service, and it does not save entries in cookies or browser storage. Your browser or email application may retain information according to its own settings.

Choosing “Open email app” passes the draft to your email application. You must send the email yourself. Choosing “Copy email text” writes the draft to your device’s clipboard. SlashJarvis receives the inquiry when you send it and it is delivered to our inbox.

Interactive demonstrations

The workflow demos use fictional sample data and templates. Inputs and approvals stay in page memory; they are not sent to an AI provider, CRM, or publishing service, and they are not saved in browser storage. Reloading resets the demo. Download actions create files on your device containing the demo inputs and approved outputs. Only enter non-confidential sample information.

How inquiry information is used

Information received by email is used to respond to your request, understand the potential project, prepare proposals, and maintain related business correspondence. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Hosting, email, and access

The website is configured for hosting on Render. Hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information, and request timestamps to serve and protect the site. See Render’s privacy policy for its practices.

Email providers process messages to deliver and store correspondence. People handling your inquiry may access it as needed to respond and assess the work. Project-specific access by delivery specialists, and any use of client information with AI providers, should be agreed as part of the engagement before implementation.

Information may also need to be disclosed to professional advisers or authorities where necessary to meet legal obligations or address a dispute.

Cookies, tracking, and external links

This website’s code does not set cookies, use advertising pixels, load third-party fonts, or include visitor analytics. It does not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising. Because it does not perform cross-site tracking, its behavior does not change in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal.

External sites and your email application have their own privacy practices. This notice does not describe their independent handling of information.

Retention and your choices

Email correspondence may be retained for the inquiry, a resulting business relationship, recordkeeping, or applicable legal requirements. This site does not apply an automatic deletion period to email held by the business or email providers.

You can ask to review, correct, or delete information you have provided by contacting the email above. Requests will be assessed under applicable law and any legitimate recordkeeping obligations. Avoid sending identity documents unless a suitable verification process has first been agreed.

Changes to this notice

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. If the site introduces direct form submission, analytics, or other services, this notice should be updated to reflect those practices.
